In a successful service organization it is all about culture. Apollo Professional Solutions Inc. began as a woman owned staffing service supporting the Aircraft / Aerospace industry. That vision remains as Apollo strives to provide equal and honest brokering of contracts for the benefit of clients and its 500+ contract employees. Our growth is driven by reinvesting fifty percent of yearly profits into human capital development and infrastructure. The primary goal is to grow Apollo in partnership within the target industry while adding clients through existing or ancillary services. From their first day, Apollo's staff employees are groomed to provide a high level of recruitment services. This is gauged weekly based on submittals and hires. The recruitment strategy includes partnering with national and smaller niche suppliers for the benefit of the client.

Established procedures in the industry require compartmentalizing of job responsibilities. Not so at Apollo. Our recruiters act as account managers with existing clients. Goals of three quality submittals on each client requirement are the standard with management assisting in recruiting. New staff employees are trained by example, not by direction. In this regard, Apollo has purposefully developed a culture of inclusion, entrepreneurship and responsibility and encourages swift and decisive problem-solving. Yearly budgets and revenue projections are based on bottom up reporting and each branch manager has direct control over variable costs. The operational structure is based on a strategy of risk / reward, balanced by client need and economic conditions.

Marketing is a function of direction and capability. As Apollo expands within the industry only target clients whose needs are in concert with our internal capabilities are considered. Our strategy for growth is managed by factoring existing client need with regional and national economic conditions. As a result, revenue growth remains manageable at twenty percent per year and within supply and demand parameters.

Apollo adapts quickly to changes in the employment industry. Special attention is given to prescreening, testing, benefits administration, and most importantly the overall well being of its employees. Within this feature are travel assistance, web-based employment forms and timekeeping, counseling, longevity or sign-on bonuses, and referrals. These assure Apollo a continuous stream of quality candidates. Employee issues are monitored weekly at the branch level. Additionally, checks and balances are reviewed monthly to achieve the goal of zero defect processing. Direct deposit and electronic cash card options assure timely funds transfers, and custom time-keeping / invoicing is available.
