What day is pay day?

Apollo's pay day is every Thursday.  In the event that a holiday falls on a Thursday, Apollo will make every effort to have your deposit go through on Wednesday.  Deposit times will vary from bank to bank.

When do you need my Time Sheet?

Time Sheets should be sent to your local branch no later than noon EST on Monday.  This will ensure that your payroll is processed for Thursday.

What if I am late getting my Time Sheet in?

Apollo's Payroll Department will work hard to get you your pay in a timely manner.  The best way to ensure timely pay, is to send your Time Sheet in a timely manner.

What do I do if my Direct Deposit information has changed?

As soon as your Direct Deposit information has changed you should notify the Payroll Dept to ensure a smooth transition to the correct account.

Can Direct Deposit go into more than one account?

Apollo's payroll system is flexible in that it does allow for more than one account for Direct Deposit. 

What if I do not have a bank account?

Apollo does require Direct Deposit, in the event that you do not have a bank account, you may sign up for a pay card with Directo.  For more information, click here.

What do all the deduction codes mean?
