Quality Assurance:

Over the last 25 years Apollo Professional Solutions, Inc. has been unswerving in its dedication to delivering the highest quality service to its customers.  Our current primary vehicle in pursuing this objective is anchored in the tenants of "ACE" (Achieving Competitive Excellence), a derivative of Total Quality Management and Six Sigma. Apollo Professional Solutions Inc.'s Quality Assurance Program was been adopted by one of our largest customers as its core operating system.  ACE is the standard operating system for improving and sustaining quality and productivity throughout all of Apollo.

ACE stands on the following three foundations:

  • A philosophy about competitive excellence;
  • An operating system (with tools) for controlling and improving our processes and eliminating waste; and
  • The competence, commitment, and involvement of the entire organization to live the philosophy and to apply the operating system to everything that we do.

Apollo began its journey for ACE Certification effective February 23, 2009.  The objective of ACE is to achieve a level of quality and productivity that will delight all of our customers, shareowners and employees.
