PROGRAM DETAILS

There is no cap on the number of referrals you can submit, which means your bonus potential is unlimited! Your candidate referral will be assigned to an Account Manager who will contact them. There’s no fee, no obligation, and no commitment for the candidate you are referring!

HOW IT WORKS

Applicant must complete the referral form to submit New Talent and/or New Clients to Apollo. For each referral that gets hired, you will receive a bonus after they complete their first 90 days of billable time (480 hours). We will notify you when your referral has been offered and accepts a position through Apollo. Payments will not be released until the referral has completed the 480 hours of billable time from the start date.

Additional $500 BONUS OFFER

You can earn even more when you introduce us directly to a Company or Hiring Manager that utilizes staffing or recruiting services. If you refer a hiring contact that provides Apollo with viable job orders which we ultimately place or fill for 90 days or more, then you are eligible for the $500.
